Out of Stock Policy:  Orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
                                      We will contact customers by E-mail or Phone, if stock is not available.

Cancellation Policy:  If the customer desires to cancel, we will cancel any unshipped order.
                                      If an order is refused by the customer all shipping and any applicable
                                      restocking fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If package(s) have been damaged by the Transportation Co. (UPS, FedEx, etc .  .  .)
When signing the invoice upon delivery, inspect the package(s) for outside damage.
(Punctures, Torn, Crushed, etc .  .  .)  Have delivery person note any damages on Bill of Lading.
If possible pictures of damage will be helpful.
Toadstool Design cannot accept responsibility, for damage found, after a customer has signed
for the merchandise in good condition.

All returns must be authorized before shipping.
Refunds will not include shipping fees.
